The MAHB Senior Officers are elected annually by the Board of Directors at the Fall Board of Directors Meeting.
Colin Herren 2012 MAHB President Herren has been very active in the HBA of Central Michigan, serving as an officer for 14 years. After working for a local builder during his high school years, he started his own business, B.C. Builders. Herren later merged with Mark Greenwald in 1999 to form Greenwald & BC Inc. which offers carpentry services for both residential and commercial properties.

Clyde Alcox 2012 MAHB First Vice President Alcox has been a MAHB member for more than three decades and is a senior life director of the organization. He has also been a partner at A&D Development for 29 years. Alcox is a past president of the Greater Lansing Home Builders Association and a senior life director of the NAHB.

Rich Kogelschatz, CGB, CAPS 2012 MAHB Treasurer Kogelschatz of Heartland Builders LLC, Rockford, is an active member in the home-building industry. In addition to MAHB, he is also a director of Green Built Michigan, immediate past president for the HBA of Greater Grand Rapids Board of Directors and a NAHB director.

Bill Benedetto 2012 Secretary Bendetto has been a member of the HBA of Jackson (HBAJ) for over 20 years. During that time, he has been active on many committees and the board of directors serving as HBAJ president in 1999 and 2000. He continues his service as a local life director and a life director for MAHB and NAHB.

Tony Bosco, CAPS, CGA, CGP 2012 Associate Senior Officer Bosco of Thermo-Tech Premium Vinyl Windows & Doors is active in the HBA of Saginaw. Bosco has received the Saginaw Distinguished Service Award in 1997-1998, the Associate of the Year Aware in 2001 and the 2009 Bill Polley BUILD-PAC Award. He is also a MAHB life director and was inducted into the NAHB Society of Honored Associates in 2007.

Dan MacLeish 2012 MAHB Immediate Past President MacLeish is a 48-year veteran of the industry. He is the owner of MacLeish Building in Troy, which specializes in custom residential and high-end production residential. He is also a developer of commercial and residential projects in southeastern Michigan.

The Regional Vice Presidents are elected by the director members from their region to communicate problems or concerns to the state and to transmit state issues to the region. The Associate Vice President represents the associate membership.

Region III Vice President - John Diefenbacher Represents Grand Rapids, Holland, Shoreline and West
Region IV Vice President - Ron Ermer, CGP Represents Barry, Battle Creek, Kalamazoo and Southwestern
